Kushti Yurt (Sleeps 2) is a traditional Mongolian Ger or yurt with beautiful hand painted poles and crown wheel and a wood burner, keeping the yurt beautifully warm on the coldest of nights. It has 1 double futon. There is a further smaller double sofa/futon and a small camp bed suitable for a child up to 6/7 yrs old. Kushti is 70m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
Savannah Yurt (Sleeps 4+1) is a locally made yurt using coppiced wood, with an outside decked area to enjoy the surrounding woodland. The wood burner is off to one side, which creates a larger useable space. It has a high and large central crown wheel giving a light and spacious feel. It has a double bed, a double sofa/futon, and 1 single futon (for additional guests). Savannah is 110m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
Idaho Cabin (Sleeps 4+1) is built to resemble a traditional northern American frontier style log cabin made from western red cedar. Much attention has gone into the detailing including pegged joints and traditional wooden guttering. The cabin is highly insulated and has a wood burner to keep you warm at night. Idaho has a double bed on the mezzanine level, a double sofa bed on the ground floor and the banquette seating converts into another double bed (for an additional guest). Idaho is 120m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
Anderida cabin (sleeps 4) takes on all the old world charm of a traditional woodsman’s cottage. Upstairs on the mezzanine there is a generous double bed and downstairs the large comfy sofa pulls out to another double bed. The cabin is full of interesting antiques and decorations that give it a traditional English feel. There is a kitchen area with twin ring gas camping stove, a dining area and a wood-burner to keep you toasty warm all year round. Anderida cabin is located approx 140m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
Orinoco cabin (sleeps 4) is a hand built log cabin with a large verandah on the edge of the woodland. The cabin is light and airy with the open plan living area giving plenty of room for the kitchen/dining area and the large sofa that pulls out to a double bed. Upstairs on the mezzanine level has a comfy double bed and the little window has views across the ancient woodland backing on to neighbouring open pasture. The log burner and high level of insulation keeps the cabin warm even in the coldest of winters! Orinoco cabin is located approx 85m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
Jacaranda cabin (sleeps 4) takes its inspiration from the beautiful exotic Jacaranda trees. The carefully chosen colourful furnishings provide all the creature comforts you would hope for during your stay. Upstairs on the mezzanine there is a warm comfortable double bed. Downstairs there is a well appointed kitchen area within the open plan living area that also includes a dining area and sitting room. It features a large comfortable sofa-bed in front of the toasty wood burner. Jacaranda cabin is located approx 90m from the shower/WC/washing up area.
