There is an apparent shift in consciousness awakening to this previously taboo subject as more and more women openly discuss this stage in their lives. Although there is much ‘chatter’ about the negative connotations, there is AS much conversation about the value of celebrating this natural transition in every woman’s life. At Forest Garden Shovelstrode Eco-Retreat in Sussex we are offering a unique opportunity to delve into nature and explore the secrets of Ayurveda and Yoga to transform Menopause. Women of all ages and life stages are invited to explore the fundamental principles of Ayurveda to discover how to reset and regain balance, realign their course, vision the life they dream of living and nourish a graceful transition.

Team: Kriya is an Ayurvedic Yogic Practitioner specialising in women’s health with 28 years of experience. She practices in Kent and Sussex and runs a monthly online drop in ‘Menopause Masterclass with Ayurvedic Yoga’. (KriyaAyurveda.co.uk)
Nikita is a passionate Ayurvedic inspired vegan chef. She consults for private individuals and restaurants, cooks for private functions and retreats and teaches her craft in private settings, retreats and online. Lisa and Charles our hosts have created an oasis of tranquillity within a highly a productive forest garden and regenerating woodland which is teeming with wildlife. They teach different ways of living more self-sufficiently through a variety of woodland craft courses. Their secluded cabins and yurts offer a truly immersive experience in nature.
