A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable via BAC bank transfer or by cheque and post. Confirmation of the booking will be sent via email when the deposit payment has been made. The balance is payable in cash on arrival. All extras are payable prior to departure.
We cannot accept credit card payments.

Check in 2.00pm [latest arrival time 6.00pm] - check out time is 11.00 am
Guests are reminded to remove and take away all their own rubbish when vacating the premises.

Bedding is provided for one double bed only (includes double duvet and cover, 2 pillows & covers) Other single or double beds can be provided with a duvet, pillow and cover and one bottom sheet only for an additional cost of £10 per person

NB: Towels are NOT provided.

There is a shower (£1 coins required) and loo facilities on site.
Yurts have no refrigerators. A cool box is provided and you can have your ice bricks re-frozen for £1
Yurts are provided with 5KW wood burning stove. A box of wood is provided. Further supplies available at £5 per box. Bags of logs for the open pit fire are also available at £5/bag. The yurt comes fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc and also a double ring camping stove. We also supply locally produced charcoal at £6.50 per 3 kilo bag.

Yurts have a locked door. However, we suggest that valuables are best kept with you or in a locked car. Forest Garden Shovelstrode takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables incurred during your stay.
